The Napier Courthouse building is located near the City Council on Hastings Street.
The Napier Court functions is a multi-purpose corrections facility housing the Napier High Court, Napier District Court and the Family Court. The Napier court is run by the Ministry of Justice. The Napier Court deals with most civil and criminal court cases serving as both a district court and a high court.
The Napier Police Station is a two minute walk from the Napier Courthouse. Parking is best several blocks away for free, as the parking meters outside are only good for one hour. More information on the Court website: www.courtsofnz.govt.nz
