The Napier City Council Buildings are located on Hastings Street, in Napier
The Napier City Council is also referred to as the Napier District Council. Its local government offices are located in the centre of the Napier's CBD. The Council is sometimes abbreviated to the NCC. The NCC is responsible for a large number of community facilities and notably several commerical entreprises such as conference centres, pools and even mini golf!
The Napier City council is tasked with keeping the city functional and is involved in numerous tourist attractions. The council runs many of the local facilities from the library to conference centres. In addition, the council is responsible for keeping Napiers unique Art Deco heritage preserved.
